Our Story

Founded in 2004, Behavioral Management Group (BMG) built its reputation on clinical expertise — counseling, assessments, organizational consulting, and government contracting. Two decades of that work taught us something simple: the challenges families face — mental health concerns, school struggles, relationship conflict, financial stress — rarely show up alone. They’re connected. So our solutions had to be too.

Today, BMG is evolving into a family transformation enterprise. We still bring deep behavioral science to everything we do, but our focus has expanded beyond one-to-one therapy into community-based coaching, education, and consulting that helps whole households thrive — built on three pillars: Life, Love, and Legacy.

Our Mission
To strengthen families by stabilizing the home, elevating communication and connection, and equipping households to build legacy wealth.

Our Vision
A future where every family has the emotional, educational, and economic resources to create lasting opportunity for the next generation
